CONTINENTAL BANK’S SUMMER INTERNS AND NEW HIRES

Continental Bank has grown in the past couple of years. As we grow we welcome in more interns and new graduates for one of their first major experiences of their career.

CONTINENTAL BANK’S 2018 SUMMER INTERNS AND NEW HIRES

Continental Bank believes that “Putting people in business is in our culture”. This extends beyond the financing and leasing of equipment we provide for businesses. We also believe in helping our employees gain the experience they need to progress towards their career goals. With this in mind, we love welcoming interns and new graduates.

Along with this Nathan Morgan, the CEO, says “We are interested in exposing students to careers in finance and banking.” The input of these interns and students is important to the bank. Morgan says the bank wants to “stay caught up with the current thinking of the new graduates and their views on the industry”

With the interns, Continental Bank would like to “recruit, evaluate, and possibly hire the interns following their graduation or while they are continuing their education.” Morgan explains that Continental Bank is interested in recruiting, developing, and growing our own talent rather than hiring those that may not share the same vision or culture.
